BEPo Twist UFS 115 N universal joint cutter

	Cuts to within 1,5 mm of the base
	... adjustable up to max. 28 mm from the base

The unique construction:

	with splinter guard: for neat, undamaged edges
	perfect dust extraction: saw blade rotates in a closed casing
	cuts to within 1,5 mm from the base...
	...saw blade adjustable up to 28 mm joint width
	can be used with carbide blade to cut wood, solid wood, laminates, chipboard etc. and with a diamond cutting wheel e.g. for tiles
	Twist: machine can be turned through 180° to cut into previously inaccessible places

Application examples:

1. Trimming door frames

BEPo Twist UFS 115 N allows to trim door frames even in previously inaccessible places - BEPo Twist UFS 115 N can be turned through 180°!

2. Shortening doors

Shortening doors without taking them off the hinges.

BEPo Twist UFS 115 N cuts at the desired height (adjustable via a single screw)!

Please note: always cut the door from both, inside & outside, for maximum chip protection.

A special BEPo grinding block is available for bevelling the door.

3. Cutting joints between wooden blocks or boards

With BEPo Twist UFS 115 N and an edge guide, wooden blocks or boards or tiles can be cut to exact length along a Schlüter rail.

4. Cutting expansion joints

BEPo Twist UFS 115 N can be tilted, e.g. to cut an expansion joint underneath a radiator.

5. Fitting door frames

To fit in a door frame in partly tiled walls, BEPo Twist UFS 115 N can cut the tiles back to the width of the door frame.

6. Cutting tiles with an edge guide

Equipped with a diamond cutting wheel, BEPo Twist UFS 115 N can cut tiles leaving neat, undamaged edges.

A special BEPo edge guide is available for precise cuts.

7. Separating cupboard bottoms

for separating solid cupboard bottoms in inaccessible places BEPo Twist UFS 115 N can be tilted.

8. Sawing shadow gaps

BEPo Twist UFS 115 N can be operated like a shadow gap saw by means of the adjustable saw blade.

The cut reaches to within 17 mm of the corners at both ends!

9. Cutting grooves

There is an accessory set available which allows to use the BEPo Twist UFS 115 N as a groove cutter.

Thus the BEPo Twist UFS 115 N can cut
+ grooves for ploughed and tongued joints as well as
+ grooves for joining plates!

10. Correcting floor joints

Sometimes a floor joint is not nicely positioned under the door and needs correction. With the BEPo Twist UFS 115 N and the BEPo edge guide you can position a floor joint precisely where it should be. Using the diamond wheel you can correct tiled floors; equipped with the carbide tipped blade you can cut wooden floors.

11. Expansion joints in subfloorings

With the BEPo Twist UFS 115 N you can also cut expansions joints into subflooring. In this case we recommend to use the diamond wheel.
